  • Eat plenty of fiber. Indulge in fruits for a snack. Eat a lot of vegetables. The roughage or fiber in fruits and vegetables helps keep the tongue clean, thus preventing any bacterial growth.
  • Drink water. What simpler dental-care tip will you find? Drink plenty of water to keep the bad breath away. Also, water is beneficial for overall health.
