  • Cut down on smoking and drinking.
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
  • Do not snack on sweets between meals.
  • Do not use your teeth as tools to open bottles or break a tag.
  • Do not bite your nails.
  • Eat sweets only during meals.
  • Eat fruits instead of drinking the juices.
  • Eat at least one dairy product everyday.

  • Rinse your mouth after eating anything.
